Dare I mention the Christmas word yet? Well, beer needs approximately one month to condition (in my experience of homebrew) to be at it’s best so I need to get planning what I plan to drink and share with my family and guests over Christmas.
I purchased a kit beer a few weeks ago that I haven’t made yet and a new fermenter failed its first test (leaked at the tap, so needs another tweak and test) so that sounds like a plan.
Described as a dark beer with chocolate and coffee aromas and slight spicy herbal note. Sounds a perfect Christmas beer to me…Lets see….another couple of weeks
