We have three unique en suite B&B rooms which are both relaxing and modern.
Each room has Wi-Fi (always the first question!), TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, en suite bathroom with toiletries, hand towels and large luxury bath sheets. Our fabulous breakfast is included in the price of each.
Large room, in addition to the above facilities it has a good-sized bathroom with a bath with shower over, a smart TV, a large King-size bed which can be requested as a Twin. It also has a large window overlooking the rear garden.
A large room (not quite as big as Avocet), in addition to the above facilities it has a good-sized bathroom with a large walk in shower, with both a large overhead shower and an additional adjustable shower head, it also has a smart TV and a King-size bed. It also has a large window overlooking the rear garden.
Our smallest room, but still plenty of space, in addition to the above facilities it has a small bathroom with small corner shower with an adjustable shower head. It has a double bed. The room is to the side of the house, has a small window overlooking the neighbours.
The B&B has a large driveway that provides good private parking. Our breakfasts are served in a large dining room/sitting room which is for exclusive use of our B&B guests during their stay. It has patio doors out into the rear garden, where guests are welcome to sit on the lovely patio table and chairs. We have games and books available in the hallway.
We are also a 5 minute walk from Blakeney Quay, which has several restaurants and pubs, good walks and amazing views over the marshes.
We pride ourselves in our breakfast and aim to offer a tempting , good quality variety. Typically we offer-:
